CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
  • ABS - Abs, abs, and more abs. Want a tighter midsection? This class is for you!

  • AEROBICS - A consistent rhythm workout that will test your aerobic endurance.

  • BOOTCAMP - An intense workout that will target specific muscle groups throughout the class.

  • CARDIO FLEX - Specialized training that incorporates weight training principles in order to condition the body for maximum results.

  • CARDIO PUMP - High energy class that targets the lower body but doesn’t forget about the upper body.

  • PILATES - A body conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. This is more of a cardio workout than yoga.

  • SPIN - Amazing aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast and burns a ton of calories. It is a stationary bike class like no other.

  • T'AI CHI - T'ai Chi is a healing martial art that combines many martial arts movement with (energy) circulation, breathing and stretching techniques.

  • TOTAL BODY - Properly work all the muscles of the body while including some aerobics to keep you moving.

  • YOGA - It's all about muscle control, proper breathing and relaxation. In this class you will effectively increase flexibility, stamina, resistance to injury and calmness of the mind.

  • ZUMBA - An energizing class that incorporates aerobics with dancing. You will have so much fun that you will forget that this is a work out!
