PILATES - A body conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body. This is more of a cardio workout than yoga.
SPIN - Amazing aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast and burns a ton of calories. It is a stationary bike class like no other.
T'AI CHI - T'ai Chi is a healing martial art that combines many martial arts movement with (energy) circulation, breathing and stretching techniques.
