CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
  • ABS
    Abs, abs, and more abs. Want a tighter midsection? This class is for you!

  • BOOTCAMP
    Get kicked into shape in our BootCamp classes. Enjoy a mixture of cardio and resistance training to get an overall body workout.

  • CARDIO INTERVAL
    A high energy full body aerobics workout. Try Cardio Interval training for a blast!

  • CIRCUIT TRAINING
    Join out trainer Clint for a full body strength training circuit. Great for beginners to intermediate looking for a full body workout.

  • GENTLE YOGA
    Practice cardiovascular and meditative yoga postures correctly to effectively increase flexibility, stamina, resistance to injury and calmness of the mind.

  • PILATES
    A body conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Pilates targets the deep postural muscles through a series of exercises aimed at building muscle strength and rebalancing the body.

  • RESISTANCE WORKOUT
    Mix some old school and new school exercises to get sweating and looking great.

  • SCULPT AND TONE
    Sculpt and tone your entire body with this resistance based class. Great for trimming inches and toning from head to toe.

  • SCULPTICISE
    Strength training that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning. This class is designed to shape and tone the body without adding muscle bulk or size.

  • SPIN
    Amazing aerobic workout that makes your heart pump fast. Burn a ton of calories in this stationary bike class like no other.

  • T'AI CHI
    Experience full body awareness in our T’ai Chi class where everyone can enjoy a serene workout while strengthening their core muscles .

  • TOTAL BODY
    Properly work all the muscles of the body for an overall feeling of wellbeing, fitness and health.

  • ZUMBA
    Come join the party with Zumba! This dance inspired, free style class is great for all fitness levels and all ages. Get a cardio workout without ever feeling like your working.
